Making a Difference
Perhaps the greatest of allAcute lymphoblastic leukemia. human fears is the fear of the unknown.
Where there are gaps in knowledge and experience, the mind can move to the worst imaginable. And nowhere is the fear of the unknown more daunting than for those who are facing a blood stem cell transplant.
The Blood & Marrow Transplant Information Network was founded to bring useful, vital knowledge to transplant patients, young and old, and those families and friends that love and care for them. We make caring connections between survivors and patients, link patients with emotional and financial support, offer advice on the progression of transplants before, during and after, and provide trusted, high quality information on the nuts and bolts of transplants.
