Celebrating a Second Chance at Life Survivorship Symposiums

BMT InfoNet is proud to host the national Celebrating a Second Chance at Life symposium each year. This two-day symposium brings together hundreds of transplant survivors to learn from the experts, and from each other, how to manage the many challenges of transplant survivorship.
