New: A Directory of Transplant Centers

Looking for a transplant center that treats your disease? Want some background information about several centers you're considering? Contact Blood & Marrow Transplant Newsletter for assistance.

We now have detailed information about more than 275 bone marrow and stem cell transplant programs in the United States and Canada. The information, which was generously provided by the transplant centers themselves, includes the names and phone numbers of key personnel, the number and types of transplants performed, patient age and donor match criteria, and diseases treated. You can request all of this information for an individual hospital, or search for several hospitals that treat patients with your diagnosis.

We are looking for funding that will enable us provide this valuable information to patients at no charge. Until then, there is a $1 fee for each individual transplant center report, and a $5 fee to search for multiple centers that treat patients with a particular diagnosis. The fee is waived for patients who are unable to pay, and is higher for non-patients.

All transplant centers that provided information to us have been included in the directory. Inclusion does not constitute an endorsement of the center. We will update the directory periodically, but programs and personnel change rapidly. Patients should use the information from the directory as a starting point, and follow up with each center for the most current information. To search our transplant directory phone us at 1-888-597-7674.
