National Heart, Lung and Blood Institute (NHLBI) Clinical Study

Stem Cell Transplantation for Older Patients with Leukemia, Lymphoma, and MDS

NHLBI is recruiting patients for a new transplant protocol aimed at older individuals (55-75 years of age) with hematological malignancies.

Eligibility:
55-75 years of age Available
HLA-identical sibling donor

Diseases to be included:

  • High-risk MDS (greater than or equal to 5% blasts, unfavorable cytogenetics, treatment-related disease, CMML)
  • AML (complete or partial remission)
  • ALL (complete or partial remission)
  • CML - Imatinib (Gleevec)-failures
  • Non-Hodgkin's Lymphoma / Hodgkin's lymphoma
  • ECOG performance status 0-2
