Calendar Nominees Sought

Are you or your loved one a stem cell transplant survivor with an interesting story to tell? Perhaps you'd like to share that story in BMT InfoNet's 2005 Celebrating Life calendar. BMT InfoNet will honor 12 survivors with photos and essays about what they've done with their lives since transplant. We're seeking a diverse group of nominees-different diagnoses, ages, ethnic background, transplant centers, etc.

To nominate a survivor, send a letter to BMT InfoNet, 2900 Skokie Valley Rd Suite B, Highland Park IL or email help@bmtinfonet.org. Tell us the survivor's name, age, diagnosis, year of transplant, transplant center and how he or she now celebrates life. If possible, please enclose a photo.
