My husband has been taking Gleevec for two years and is doing
quite well with the only side effect being muscle cramping. I would like to
hear from others regarding the length of time they have been on Gleevec and
their experiences with it. R.T.
My son received a matched related BMT 4 years ago for
Wiskott-Aldrich Syndrome. He has had a terrific recovery but never completely
got his hair back and now he is losing more. One of his thyroid numbers is low.
Has anyone seen this before and what did they do about it? D.D.

difficulties post BMT. I was transplanted for MDS as a result of prior chemo
