Imagine...
If you are reading this article, you undoubtedly know what it’s like to go through a transplant.
So it is you, above all others, who can appreciate the importance of our new Survivorship Project. This ground breaking program will help survivors address the unique issues they face after transplant.
To kick off this project, BMT InfoNet has created a symposium for bone marrow, stem cell and cord blood transplant survivors and their loved ones. The symposium will help survivors learn how to survive and thrive after transplant, despite complications. Even the survivors who are unable to attend can benefit from the information presented. Highlights of the conference will be available on the BMT InfoNet website and plans are underway to create a DVD.
You can be part of this groundbreaking effort by making a generous contribution to BMT InfoNet’s new “Celebrating a Second Chance at Life” project.
Imagine your donation to BMT InfoNet supporting a survivor’s workshop on fatigue, or a presentation on memory/learning problems ... or a special session for caregivers, young adults or parents of pediatric patients.
Imagine your contribution making it possible to share the information from the symposium with thousands of other survivors through a web cast or DVD of the day’s events.
Imagine your contribution making it possible for BMT InfoNet to host a “Celebrating a Second Chance at Life” conference at a location near you.
We know you will generously support this new Survivorship Project because you know all too well how important these resources are for survivors and their loved ones.
