Forward! Living Life After Transplant is an educational magazine and DVD that helps teens and young adults know what to expect before, during and after transplant. It features five people in this age group who have been through transplant who share their journey and offer advice for dealing with physical and physiological changes, as well as relationships, school and self-image post transplant.

The Paths to Progress — Mandarin/English Bilingual audio CD This bilingual CD uses easily understood language to explain the tran splant process. It was created to reach people who learn by listening, Mandarin speakers and people who are English language learners.
Understanding Transplant Outcomes Data is designed for patients who want to know more about transplant-related statistics. This brochure provides general information about outcomes data, as well as transplant-related survival curves. This pamphlet also suggests questions that patients can ask their doctor to have better discussions about their own prognosis.
