Employers Health Insurance Company and the West Bend School District have agreed to settle a lawsuit and pay the medical bills of a Wisconsin woman who underwent high-dose chemotherapy and an ABMT for ovarian cancer. In addition, the family will receive $170,000. The Wisconsin Education Association Council and the teachers' union supported the suit.
