Special Notes: 
take with food and a full glass of water to decrease nausea and stomach upset

Drug Interactions: 
possible interactions with warfarin, phenytoin, carbamazepine, rifampin, phenobarbital, ketoconazole, itraconazole, erythromycin, clarithromycin, and St. John's wort

Possible Side Effects: 
nausea, fluid retention (especially around eyes and ankles), weight gain, diarrhea, neutropenia, thrombocytopenia, may alter liver function testing, skin rashes, which can be severe
