Approved for use in multiple myeloma but also used in graft vs host disease.

Special Notes: 
Only available thru STEPS program (prescriber, pharmacist, and patient must be registered). Thalidomide can cause severe or fatal birth defects. Two forms of birth control must be used. Blood or semen should not be donated during treatment. Breast feeding should be avoided.

Cat's Claw, Echinacea

Possible Side Effects: 
Edema, hypotension,fatigue, drowsiness, dizziness, headache, rash, neutropenia, anemia, increased risk of blood clots, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, constipation, muscle weakness, tremor, muscle aches, numbness in hands or feet.
