Remember to thank your caregivers. They are going through this struggle with you.
It is hard to imagine this when you are fighting the beast every day, but someday you will have to remind yourself to "stop and smell the coffee" and not get so wrapped up in the rat race of life. Remember to thank your caregivers whenever possible. They are going through the struggle with you and helping them allows you to think of others' pain, not just your own. Always think of what you will be doing in the future!
