Transplant is a difficult journey, but life has a way of smoothing rough edges so that even things that once seemed broken become something polished and new.
Artist and social worker, Pam Banker, created these lovely one-of-a-kind necklaces to honor those who have journeyed through transplant, be they patients or loved ones. Made of beach glass that was once just jagged shards, tumbled in the waters of Lake Michigan for roughly 40 years, now these lovely pendants remind us of the transformative power of life. Each necklace is adorned with amethyst – long a symbol of strength and hope – and hangs from an 18-inch sterling silver chain.
Wear this pendant as a celebration of life’s beauty and power or share it as a gift for someone you love.
